Camburg Engineering
Jerry Zaiden and Jason Campbell have been building Raptor long-travel since Gen 1, and the Performance LT kit widens track 1.5 inches per side, pushes the wheel forward an inch for firewall clearance, and runs a 1.50 uniball at the knuckle. Call them if you want a kit engineered next to a $300k trophy truck program instead of adapted from a lift kit.

Deaver Spring
The Gen 2 rear pack is twelve leaves of American 5160 steel, and it kills factory axle wrap and squat while deleting the lift block. A blacksmith shop since 1892 and still bending springs in Santa Ana — this is the cheapest mod that actually changes how the truck rides loaded.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics
Sells Raptor suspension as numbered Stage 1 through Stage 4 packages built on 3.0 shocks, so you buy a defined setup instead of guessing at part numbers. Shocks, arms, springs and bumpstops are made in-house in Riverside, but Raptors are one platform among many here — confirm fitment for your generation before ordering.

King Off-Road Racing Shocks
Everything they build is rebuildable and revalvable, and the Garden Grove facility runs a real service department rather than just a parts counter. If your 3.0 bypasses are blown or valved wrong for the way you actually run the truck, this is where they go.

Method Race Wheels
The line splits between true race beadlocks and street-legal simulated beadlocks, and most Raptor owners end up on the latter. Get load rating and offset sorted before you order 37s — they will spec it over the phone rather than guess.

Baja Designs
Built and raced the first forward-projecting LED bar at the 2005 Baja 1000, and still sells vehicle-specific Raptor kits so nobody has to fabricate brackets. The Squadron behind-the-grille kit for 2021+ trucks is the default answer for night desert.

FiberwerX
Fiberglass fenders, bedsides and hoods that let you clear tires the factory sheetmetal will not — the part people forget to budget for when they buy a long-travel kit. They also sell panels that convert a plain 2021-2024 F-150 into Gen 3 Raptor bodywork.

Dirt King Fabrication
Carries a full ladder of Raptor suspension — leveling, lift, mid-travel, long-travel — so you can start mild and step up without switching brands halfway through. The Mission Gorge shop is open Saturdays, which matters if you work weekdays.

Hanna Race & Design
The entire shop is organized around Raptors, Gen 1 through Gen 3, and the work happens in the Santa Ana bays instead of shipping you parts. Goes past suspension into Wilwood big brakes, steering, bumpers and panels, so one shop can take a stock truck to a full prerunner.

RPG Offroad
The B.O.L.T. +3 front kit is the reason to call — bolt-on long travel with no cutting or welding, offered for Gen 1 through Gen 3 and Raptor R. Engineering, machining and fabrication are all in-house, with retail counters in Huntington Beach and Escondido.

LGE-CTS Motorsports
Two shops merged into one — a paint and collision house plus a truck accessory and fab shop — so bodywork and the build happen under the same roof. They started their own Raptor bumper line at SEMA 2011 because they did not like what was on the market; that line became Baja Forged.

SoCal SuperTrucks
Parts counter and service bays in the same building, so nothing gets shipped to a separate installer and nobody blames the other guy. They have turned out documented full Gen 2 builds, but this is a broad truck shop — Raptors are a strong line, not the only one.

Brenthel Industries
Jordan and Jonathan Brenthel went from a rented garage in Irvine to a 55,000 sq ft shop in Perris building trophy trucks, 6100s and luxury prerunners, including Raptor prerunner conversions. Contact is a web form only, so do not go hunting for a phone number, and expect a build queue.

Whipple Superchargers
The Gen 6 3.8L upgrade for the 2023+ Raptor R replaces the factory 2.65L blower and makes up to 975 hp on 93 octane with a stock engine and stock exhaust, in a 50-state-legal version. Still run by Art Whipple; they build the kit, your shop bolts it on.

Devil Mountain Raptor Repair
The only Bay Area shop that put Raptor in its name, and it handles Ford extended warranty repair alongside lift and long-travel installs. Useful if you want the warranty work and the modification done by the same techs instead of two shops pointing at each other.
Known for: NorCal Raptor service and build shop
HM Offroad
Builds Raptors and essentially nothing else — long travel, 4-link rears, cages front to rear, and the HM Elite prerunner package. Running since 1991; this is a build-queue shop, not a parts counter you walk into on a Saturday.

Stewart's RaceWorks
Craig Stewart coined the term luxury prerunner and has been building and prepping desert trucks in El Cajon since 1995, including the TSCO Raptor. They also do race prep and pit support, so the shop that builds it can chase it.

Rogue Racing
Every bumper is made in-house in Henderson, and the design signature is a 40-inch radius LED bar tucked under the valance instead of sitting proud of the bodyline. Rebel and Enforcer are the low-profile Raptor fronts; they also cover 2009-2014 F-150 rears.

Battle Born Offroad
They install everything they sell out of the Valley View shop, including a long-travel 5-link rear conversion for Gen 1 and Gen 2 that nets 19 inches of working wheel travel. Also where you get SVC 4-link and Fox 3.2 Live Valve packages fitted instead of drop-shipped to your driveway.

Aftermarket HQ
One of the few Vegas shops doing both fabrication and ECU calibration under one roof, ten-plus years into the local off-road market. Suspension travel work, custom fab, lighting, wheels and complete builds without shipping the truck to a second shop for the tune.

Addictive Desert Designs
The Stealth Fighter sits only half an inch farther forward than the factory bumper, keeps the sensors and fogs, and takes up to ten cube lights or a 40-inch radius bar. Bolt-on with no cutting, laser cut and powder coated in a 100,000 sq ft Chandler plant — there is a reason it is the most-installed front bumper on the platform.

Foutz Motorsports
Greg Foutz raced the first Raptor at the 2009 Baja 1000 before the truck was in production, then built the first long-travel kits for the platform. The Gen 3 rear is a cantilever 5-link on a 2.5 coilover that relocates the panhard bar and nets roughly 19 inches of travel, cut from 4130 chromoly in Mesa.

SDHQ Motorsports
Model-specific fab work — ABS guards, rear shock guards, sliders, skid plates, Switch-Pros mounts — plus an in-house shock rebuild and revalve bench and a full install shop. Fair warning: they generally will not install parts you did not buy from them.
Known for: Turnkey Raptor builds and shock service
Geiser Bros Design & Development
Roughly 50 trophy trucks built — more than anyone else — for Menzies, MacCachren, Steele and Price, with design and CNC work done in-house. This is a tube-chassis race shop, so do not call them about a leveling kit on your daily driver.

TSW AZ Off Road
Rebuilds and revalves the factory Fox internal-bypass shocks using genuine OEM Fox seals rather than aftermarket kits, with 1,300-plus Raptors through the door. Same-day turnaround with a loaner truck, and they will change spring rates while it is apart.

ADS Racing Shocks
Building and servicing off-road dampers in Tucson since 1989, with direct-fit Raptor race shocks in 2.5 and 3.0 bodies — remote reservoirs, compression adjusters, no bracket fabrication. They run a storefront that installs, not just a shipping department.

GooseTuned
Calibration only, no wrenching — files are delivered remotely through COBB Accessport or HP Tuners and revised off your datalogs. Development happens on their own trucks first, and coverage runs Gen 2 and Gen 3, Raptor R, Ranger Raptor and the 3.0 Bronco Raptor.

Trucks Unique
Forty years in Albuquerque with a real in-house fab arm that builds one-off cages and bumpers instead of only reselling catalog parts. Twenty thousand square feet and deep shelf stock, so most bolt-on work is a same-visit job — Ford off-road is one platform among many here.

Hennessey Performance Engineering
The VelociRaptor program runs from a 600 hp Gen 3 package up to a 3.8L-blown Raptor R and an actual 6x6 conversion with a third axle welded in. 143 acres in Sealy with its own test track and drag strip; you are buying a finished vehicle package, not a parts list.

PaxPower
Puts a supercharged 5.0 Coyote where Ford only offered EcoBoost — 770 hp and 675 lb-ft on the Gen 3 kit — using all-new Ford OEM parts from fenders to fasteners. They also build the single-cab Raptor Ford never sold; budget four to eight weeks and roughly $30k before the blower.

Texas Motorworx
Fields its own SPEC TT in Best In The Desert and uses the race data to sort what goes on customer trucks, all installed in a 12,000 sq ft shop. They build full long-travel desert setups with custom arms and bumpers rather than selling you a bolt-on lift package.

TSW Offroad
Rebuilds and revalves the factory Fox internal bypasses, including Gen 3 Live Valve, instead of talking you into replacement coilovers. Runs a nationwide shock exchange and will buy your take-off Raptor shocks; drive-thru rebuild appointments if you are within range of Austin.

Gearhead Automotive Performance
Auto-octane calibrations, so one file runs whatever pump gas you find instead of swapping tunes between 87 and 93. Covers 2017-2025 Raptor 3.5 EcoBoost with development done on their own fleet and dyno; email gets a faster answer than the phone.

Starwood Custom Vehicles
Northwest Arkansas's main off-road build shop — suspension and lift installs, winch bumpers, sliders, bed racks, wheels and tires. Documented Raptor work is accessory level rather than suspension fabrication, so treat this as a competent bolt-on shop.

The 4WD Garage
The Tulsa-area shop people get sent to when a modified truck has a problem nobody else will chase — driveline angle vibration after a lift, death wobble, regearing for oversize tires. Hunter Hawkeye alignment rack on site, which matters after any suspension change on a Raptor.

SVC Offroad
The entire catalog is Ford — Raptor by generation plus Super Duty, Ranger and Bronco, with no Toyota or Jeep anywhere. Baja and Mojave bumpers are fabricated in Hurricane with optional light-bar cutouts, and they build their own mid-travel kit for Gen 3 and Raptor R.

Expedition One
US-made bumpers and tire carriers designed and CNC cut in-house in Ogden, with a distinct F-150/Raptor product line rather than a universal fitment. Armor here leans overland — good if you are building for miles and weight, not for launching the truck.

Sexton Offroad
Thirty-plus years on 4x4s in the Salt Lake valley with fabrication, paint and body, engine swaps and EFI conversions under one roof, which is rare for an off-road shop. Ford is a named platform alongside Jeep, Toyota and GM, so expect a capable generalist rather than a Raptor house.
Known for: Full-service 4x4 shop, SLC metro
TRU Automotive
Runs a Raptor-specific catalog split by generation and installs King, Fox, ICON and Camburg long-travel front ends with custom bypass valving. They do their own 4x4 alignment on long-travel trucks instead of farming it out, which is where most Front Range builds fall apart.

CBU Offroad
Ford-exclusive upfitter — F-150, Super Duty, Ranger, Bronco and Raptor — not a general repair shop that happens to take trucks. Coilover and bypass swaps, adjustable arms, custom long travel, and intake, intercooler and exhaust work tuned specifically for Front Range elevation.

Juggernaut USA
TIG, MIG, CNC plasma and precision bending in steel, aluminum and stainless, with F-150 Raptor and Ranger Raptor skid plate sets as stock products. Take them a one-off bumper, cage or mount idea; they also handle lift and air suspension installs.

Boise 4x4
Run by a mechanical engineer with 30-plus years off-road, doing frame restoration, engine swaps and real fabrication rather than only bolt-on lift work. The portfolio includes a Bronco Raptor, and they handle regearing, lockers, brakes and fuel tank work in-house.
Known for: Engineer-run build shop, 30+ years
Idaho Overland & Off-Road
Rebuilds and revalves shocks in-house instead of shipping them out, which is the difference between a two-day job and a three-week one. Ford is listed explicitly alongside the Jeep and Toyota work, and they also do gear and axle setups and full overland build-outs.

TrailReady Bumpers
Quarter-inch steel through the impact zone and winch center, stepping to 3/16 under the headlights, all manufactured in Prineville. Three Raptor front configurations — BASE, PRE-RUNNER and FULL GUARD — so you pick how much weight you are willing to hang off the front end.

Next Jump Outfitters
Designs and manufactures its own aluminum flatbeds and overland trailers rather than reselling someone else's, with documented Ford Super Duty builds. No Raptor-specific program here — call them when the build is about carrying gear, not going fast.

Lenger Racing
Owner-operated shop doing fabrication and engine calibration in the same building — cages, shock rebuilds, long-travel systems and CNC work. Calls itself the West Michigan Raptor headquarters and sells its own Raptor reinforcement kits; this is the Midwest shop that actually fabricates.

Livernois Motorsports & Engineering
Thirty-six thousand square feet with 15 hoists, an AWD chassis dyno, an engine dyno and CNC machining — they install everything they sell. Their MyCalibrator tune on a Gen 2 3.5 EcoBoost is good for 54-plus whp on 93 octane, and they developed real custom calibration for the 3.0 Bronco Raptor.

Nuthouse Industries
They manufacture the racks, tray beds and flatbeds themselves in the Cincinnati metro, with F-150, Raptor and Super Duty fitments in the line. Also does suspension work and complete overland builds — think weight-conscious aluminum, not powder-coated steel.

American Fusion Wheels
Fifteen minutes from downtown Kansas City and one of the few Midwest shops that builds specifically on the factory Raptor and Tremor packages using ADD and Rigid parts. Runs 33 to 37 inch fitments and includes the alignment in the lift price rather than billing it separately.
Known for: A whole Raptor build under one KC roof
Alpha 4x4
South-side Chicago lift, level and suspension installer that also diagnoses and repairs death wobble on Ford trucks, which is a real service and not an upsell. No Raptor-specific program, but it is the closest thing to a competent 4x4 shop in the metro.

Music City 4x4
Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment racks at both shops and a free 500-mile re-torque on every suspension install, which almost nobody else offers. Yukon Master Installer for regearing, and they require a regear on anything over 35s — they are right about that.

Rocky Ridge Trucks
Builds complete lifted Ford packages, including a Raptor Stealth spec, that ship new through Ford dealers with the factory warranty intact. Now a Fox Factory brand; this is the path if you want a built truck financed as a new vehicle instead of a shop invoice.

Super Overland Outfitters
Georgia's largest overland and off-road shop, with a dedicated Raptor build page covering suspension, wheels and tires, armor, racks and 12v systems. Will do a single upgrade or a full build, but the house style is overland spec rather than high-speed desert.

East Carolina Offroad
Coastal NC shop that takes 4x4 projects start to finish — suspension and lift installs, shock service, bedliners, wheels and tires, plus commercial upfitting. Ford is a named platform but this is a generalist, so show up with a defined parts list.

5 Star Tuning
A physical dyno shop a mile off I-95, not a mail-order file vendor — they will tune it in-house or send a custom file for an SCT X4 or HP Tuners RTD. Covers 2011-2025 F-150 3.5 and 2.7 EcoBoost plus Raptor, and hosted the Raptor R OEM calibration-limit testing.

SoFlo Customs
Builds and stocks finished lifted Raptors and Raptor Rs, including the widebody Apocalypse Alpha at 720 hp on 40s over Fox suspension. Two South Florida locations and 13-plus years in — you can walk in and look at the work before you commit to it.

Palm Beach Dyno
Ken Bjonnes runs a Raptor and F-150 EcoBoost tuning catalog split by generation, from the Gen 1 6.2 through the Raptor R and the 3.0 Bronco Raptor. They also do Coyote swaps and full builds in-house, so the tune and the hardware come from the same people.
Known for: South Florida Ford calibration and builds
VMP Performance
Builds the Apex Predator blower lid, billet high-flow water manifold and 108mm throttle body for the 5.2 Predator, which is exactly what the Raptor R crowd is after. Twelve-acre campus with a Dynojet and install bays plus remote tuning — they will fit it or ship it.

Mount Zion Offroad
Central PA shop that names the modern Raptor explicitly in its own service copy, with in-house welders and plasma for one-off work. Pulls customers from York, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Baltimore, and carries AEV, ARB and Warn.
